Myrtle Jane Rutherford

Myrtle Jane Rutherford, 82 of Eaton, OH died on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on March 11, 1937 in Patriot, Gallia Co., Ohio, daughter of the late Wyman Edmond & Mary Elizabeth (Evans) Drummond. Jane had worked for many years at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Attended Sugar Valley United Methodist Church. Jane Loved to host family gatherings and cook for everyone and she was a great cook too. She was an avid gardener. 

Preceded by her Husband, Charles Rutherford in 2018; Sisters, Eileen Dowler, Janet Keller and Sandy Boyd; Brother-in-law, J.D. Keller. 

Survived by her Daughter & Son-in-law, Christina & Terry Wilson of Eaton, OH; Sisters, Kay (Randy) Browning and Mildred (Mike) Zabych; Brother-in-laws, Hobie Dowler and Scoop Boyd; Grandchildren, Jamie Hall, Cole (Clarissa Maddox) Wilson, AJ (Leslie Klenke) Wilson and Kyle (Alex Lutz) Wilson; 3 Great Grandchildren, Nick Daily, Juliet Daily and Alyssa Wilson; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. 

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, March 9, 2020 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main St., Eaton, OH with Rev. Gerry Sadai officiating. Interment at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH.
