Myrna L Mcginnis

Myrna L. (Markley) McGinnis, 82 of New Paris, Ohio died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Vancrest Nursing Home in Eaton, Ohio. Born on February 17, 1938 in New Paris, Ohio, daughter of the late, Marvin James & Edna Marie (Bohn) Markley. 

She graduated in 1956 from Jefferson High School. Myrna was a Wayne County Hall of Fame Bowler in Richmond, Indiana. 

Preceded by her Husband of 61 years, James C. “Jim” McGinnis in 2018; Brother, James Markley in 2009. 

Survived by her Son, Brian (Tricia) McGinnis; Grandchildren, Kyle and Holly; Nephew, Mike (Jan) Markley; Numerous Nieces and Nephews. 

Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 West Main Street, New Paris, Ohio with Rev. Justin Murphy officiating. Inurnment will be held in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, OH.  Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday prior to the service.  Condolences via www.barnesfuneralhome.com
