Mitchell A. Rose

Mitchell A. Rose, age 38 of Smithsburg, MD and formerly of New Paris, Ohio, died Sunday, January 14, 2007 in Garfield, Maryland after a single car accident. Born on August 17, 1968 in Richmond, IN he was the son of the late Arzia M. Jr. & Virginia R. (Linginfelter) Rose. Mitchell was a 1986 graduate of National Trail School. He attended The Ohio State University and was a 1993 graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. He was a Project Manager for the John J. Kirlin Company in Maryland.

Survivors include four sisters & brothers-in-law: Kathy & Steve Smallwood and Becky Newman of New Paris, OH; Debbie & Bob Tye and Julie & Jim Powell of Richmond, IN. Nieces, Nephews, Uncles and Aunts.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM - Friday, January 19, 2007 at Barnes Funeral Home - 109 West Main Street - New Paris, Ohio.Interment will be held in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris. Family will receive friends on Thursday January 18, 2007 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the American Legion Post in New Paris after the funeral service on Friday.
