Mildred C. Tinstman

Mildred C. Tinstman, 96, of Eaton, OH died, Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton. Mildred was born on October 7, 1918 in Orrville, OH, daughter of the late John and Rosetta (Ott) Brown. She was a member of the Eaton Church of the Brethren where she was active in the "Just Friends" group; an auxiliary member of Gideon's International; the Preble County Farm Bureau and the Women's Aglow of Preble County.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Herbert S. Tinstman in 2005; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Tinstman in 2005; brothers, John Delmer and Ralph Brown and sisters, Agnes Wade, Julia Edna Kennedy and Hazel McConnell.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, David Tinstman and Dean and Susan Tinstman and daughter, Debra Tinstman all of Eaton; grandchildren, Chad (Mandy) Tinstman, Matt Tinstman, Dan (Chasity) Tinstman, Molly Hurd, Mike (Maria) Tinstman and Andy (Jessica) Tinstman; six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH with Dr. Rev. Dan Denlinger and Pastor Stan VanAusdal officiating. Interment will be held in Preble Memory Gardens near West Alexandria, OH. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 at the funeral home.
