Survived by his Wife of 51 years: Kay L. (Price) Johnson; Daughters: Tisha K. (Chuck Williams) Johnson, Jamie Lynn Wilbur, Latonia S. Johnson; Father: Curtis L. Johnson; Brother: Barry L. (MaryLou) Johnson. Grandchildren: Kaya, Silas and Elizabeth; Nieces and Nephew.

Private Funeral Service will be held at convenience of the family. Interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, Ohio. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, Lewisburg, Ohio.
