Michael G. Mcclanahan

Michael G. McClanahan, 66, of New Paris, OH, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 5, 2017. Born on February 24, 1951 in Wayne County, Indiana, son of the late Robert L. & Dimple P. (Johnson) McClanahan. Member of Rock Solid Ministries in Richmond, IN. Avid Outdoorsman and Loved the Lord. Michael was a woodworker his whole life and was a member of the Indiana Carpenters Union.

Preceded by his Brothers, Robert McClanahan, Johnny Duncan and Eddie Duncan.

Survived by his Children, Angie (David) Eckerle, Heather (Gary) Hensley and Robert (Stacey) McClanahan; Brothers, David (Cindy Kay) McClanahan, Howard (Debra) McClanahan; Sisters, Sharon Sparks, Cindy (Don) Amburn, Pam Wiley and JoAnn (John) Barker; Grandchildren, Tyler, Landen and Collin; Beloved Pets, Amelia and Sparkles.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 12, 2017 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St., New Paris, OH with Rev. Dave Eales officiating. Family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at the funeral home.
