Matthew King

Matthew King, age 48, of Somerville, OH, died Friday, April 28, 2006 at Middletown Regional Hospital after an extended illness. Born on February 23, 1958 in Middletown, Butler County, Ohio he was the son of the late Vernon & Marcea (Gray) King. Matthew was a 1976 Preble Shawnee High School graduate and had worked for several years at Corson Industries in Middletown and from 1999 to 2006 at Color Box in Richmond, IN. Member of First Baptist Church of West Elkton, Ohio.

Survived by his wife of 29 years: Sheena A. (Brown) King; Brother: Michael (Toni) King of Gratis, OH; Sisters: Verna (Tommy) Orendorf of West Carrollton, OH and Melinda (Bob) Spofford of Laura, OH; Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Great Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 1, 2006 at the First Baptist Church - 12248 S.R. 503 - West Elkton, OH with Rev. Jacob S. Flannery officiating. Interment will be in Fairmound Cemetery - West Elkton, OH. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 1, 2006 one hour prior to the service at the church.
