Matthew A. "Foo Matt" Pottenger

Matthew A. “Foo Matt” Pottenger, age 30, of Lewisburg, OH, died on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017. Born on Sept. 15, 1987 in Dayton, OH, son of Jerry A. & Cynthia J. (Mayes) Pottenger. Matt was a 2007 graduate of Tri-County North & MVCTC. Past Member of the 4H Club, Lewisburg Country Kickers.

Preceded in death by Paternal Grandfather, Kenneth Pottenger; Sister, Jennifer Rene Pottenger.

He leaves to cherish his memory, Father & Mother, Jerry & Cynthia Pottenger; Maternal Grandfather, Eugene Mayes; Paternal Grandmother, Nira Pottenger; numerous Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Friends; Beloved Pets, Marley, Jasmine, Oreo, & Sadie.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Pastor Debbie Kay Pottenger officiating. Interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria, OH.
