Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Tuthill

Mary Kathleen “Kathy” Tuthill, 103, of West Alexandria, Ohio, died Friday, July 5, 2024, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton. Born on May 5, 1921, in South Charleston, Clark County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James A. & Olice (Daily) Massie. Mary was a 1940 graduate of Stivers High School. She retired as an Office Manager after 32 years of service. An over 50-year member of the Eastern Star – Gleaner’s Chapter of West Alexandria and was the Worthy Matron, Secretary, Treasurer and Past Matron. She attended the Salem Lutheran Church and was active in the Evening Circle at the Church.

Preceded in death by her husband: Harold E. Tuthill in 1998 brother: Raymond Massie in 1988, and Sister: Thelma Hughes in 2005.

Survivors: Children: Joyce H. Tuthill of West Alexandria, OH; John E. & Diane Tuthill of Brookville, OH; grandchildren: Melissa Tuthill Campion & Sean Campion and Lee & Jess Tuthill; 6 Great Grandsons: Nate, Grant, Merrick, Lane, Jace and Kegan. Nieces and Nephews.

Family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 12, 2024, at the Salem Lutheran Church 70 East Dayton Street West Alexandria, Ohio. The funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. at the church with Pastor Dan Mershon officiating. Interment will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery – West Alexandria, Ohio.
