Mary "Sue" Brennan

Mary “Sue” Brennan, 84 of Lewisburg, Ohio, died Thursday, December 24, 2020 at her home.  Born on April 10, 1936 in Urbana, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Catherine (Kelly) Conroy. Sue was a 1955 graduate of St. Mary High School and was the co-owner and operator of Brennan’s Foods in Lewisburg. She was a member of the Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Charles Edward “Eddie” Brennan in 2017; sister, Elaine Herman; brother, Robert Conroy and her son-in-law, Fred Green. 

Survived by her children, Lorri Brennan Kelly, Lisa Sue Green, Terry (Susan) Brennan and Ed (Debbie) Melling; grandchildren, David (Kristan) Reed, Michael Reed, Pierce Putnam, Chase (Lauren) Brennan, Wes Preston, James (Aimee) Perry and Bob Perry; 17 great grandchildren; nieces, Carol (Dennis) Elix and Connie (Art) Crowley and nephew, John (Shawna) Herman;  brothers-in-law, Dennis (Ana) Brennan and Terrance Pat Brennan; sisters-in-law, Janice Brennan and Roberta Jean Brennan. The family would also like to thank their dear and devoted friends, Jeff and Cathy Requarth for their love, care and friendship.   

A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Visitation Catholic Church, 407 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Father David Doseck officiating. Inurnment will be held in Lower Lewisburg Cemetery. Following the inurnment, a gathering for family and friends will be held at the Lewisburg Community Center, 261 East Clay St., Lewisburg, Ohio.
