Mary Marie Brown

Mary "Marie" Brown, 91, of New Madison, OH, died Saturday, February 2, 2013 at her residence. Born on September 22, 1921 in West Manchester, OH, she was the daughter of the late Loy & Ethel (Brown) Howell. Marie was a Monroe Twp. Graduate and had worked for the Fram Corp in Greenville, OH for 28 years, member of the Cedar Grove Church of the Brethren and Moose Lodge in Greenville, OH.

Preceded in death by Husband: Harold E. "Brownie" Brown; Son: Gary E. Brown; Brother: Furman F. Howell; Sisters: Violet J. Henn and Margaret Lucille Campbell. Grandson: Tony E. Brown.

Survived by Daughters & Sons-in-law: Denise & Melvin Deaton, New Madison, OH and Cheryl & Larry Moore, Mount Gilead, OH. 8 Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren. Nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the Cedar Grove Church of the Brethren, 373 Love Rd., New Paris, OH with Pastor Tony Price officiating. Interment will be held in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 West Main Street, New Paris, OH.
