Mary E. Ramsey

MARY E. RAMSEY, 88, of Lewisburg, Ohio died Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton following a brief illness. She was born May 20, 1919 in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of Ignatius & Helena (Kisielius) Mikalauskas. Mary attended Kaiser High School in Dayton and had worked for the Inland Division of General Motors for 10 years prior to her marriage to Harry M. Ramsey on August 28, 1948. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Pat Keleman, Helen Coleman, Kay Goldschmidt and Marcella Mikalauskas; her brothers, William and Charles Mikalauskas and Joseph Mikalas.

Mary is survived by her husband of 59 years, Harry M. Ramsey; daughters and son-in-law, Kathy & Alan Eley of Lewisburg and Lisa Ramsey of Springfield, Ohio; grandchildren, Vanessa and Greg Eley; sister, Connie Zilinkas of Dayton; brothers and sisters-in-law, George & Frances Mikalauskas of Dayton and Frank & Florence Mikalauskas of Pine Valley, California; sisters-in-law, Gloria Mikalauskas and Adella Mikalas both of Dayton and Ellie Mikalauskas of San Diego, California; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2008 - 2:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
