Mary E. Cressell

MARY E. CRESSELL, age 90, of Eaton, Ohio, died Friday, November 7, 2003 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana after an extended illness. Born on August 9, 1913 in Liberty, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Charles & Melva (Clements) Hardy. She was a member of First Baptist Church in New Paris, Ohio. Preceded in death by Husband: Sam E. Cressell in 1994; Brothers: Ralph Hardy, Paul Hardy and Harry Hardy; Sisters: Ellie Necessary and Ruth Newton.

Survived by Sons: Herbert Cressell of Brookville, Ohio, Bill Cressell and James Cressell both of Eaton, Ohio; Daughters: Mary Doyle of Eaton, Ohio, Olive Hopkins of Kerrville, Tx. And Linda Cressell of San Jose, Calif.; Sisters: Opal Hardy of Oxford, Ohio and Martha Hanauer of Ocalla, Fl.; 11 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 20 Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2003 - 1:00 P.M. at Barnes Funeral Home- 220 East Main Street- Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Justin Murphy officiating. Interment will be in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 11, 2003 from 11:00 to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
