Martin J. "Bud" Shiverdecker

Martin J. “Bud” Shiverdecker, 87 of Eaton, Ohio, died Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Vancrest Health Care Center, Eaton. Born on December 2, 1932 in Lewisburg, Ohio, he was the son of the late Herbert & Mabel (Hapner) Shiverdecker. Martin retired in 1978 after 25 years of service with Chrysler Air Temp in Dayton. He was a 1951 graduate of Lewisburg Union High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

Preceded in death by his wife: Phyllis Mae (Hirsch) Shiverdecker in 2011; brother: Everett Paul Shiverdecker in 1931 and sister: Mary C. Studebaker in 2016.  

Survived by stepchildren: Paula (Bob) Blum, Steve Wogoman and Holly (Alan) Ernst; sister: Clara Bonfig; nieces: Diana (Kenny) King and Pam Bonfig; grandchildren: Brad (Allison) Ernst and Alex Blum; great grandchildren: Charlotte Anderson, Nathan, William and Owen Ernst.
