MARTHA B. ARP, age 77, of Eaton, Ohio died Sunday, November 10, 2002 at Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton, Ohio. Born on January 1, 1925 in Eaton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Charles & Daisy (Williams) Davis. She was a member of the Eaton Church of the Brethren and The Eaton Mother’s Club. Preceded in death by a Son: Floyd Arp in 1944; Sister: Berdine Platt in 1974. Survived by Husband of 60 years: Floyd E. Arp; Son & Daughter-in-law: James L. & Linda S. Arp, Eaton, Ohio; Daughters & Sons-in-law: Brenda & John Carmony, Iron Station, North Carolina, Joy & Lewis C. Sparrow, Eaton, Ohio. Brothers: Charles “Jack” Davis, Eaton, Ohio, Howard Davis, Florida, Jerry Davis, Dayton, Ohio, Danny Davis and Tommy Davis, both of Eaton, Ohio, Ronnie Davis, Camden, Indiana, Mike Davis, Bradford, Ohio, Richard Davis, Trotwood, Ohio; Sisters: Diane Wyant, Butler, Pa., Becky Clark, Jackson, Michigan and Carol Bourne, Arcanum, Ohio. 4 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews and Cousins. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2002 - 10:30 A.M. at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main St. - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Mark Gardner officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 12, 2002 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
