Marlin R. Sexten

Marlin R. Sexten, age 97 of Germantown, OH died Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton, OH. Born on April 26, 1913 in South Solon, Ohio he was the son of the late Roy & Fannie May (Gunter) Sexten. Marlin was a retired Engineer and worked for the Abex Corporation in Columbus, OH. He had lived in Columbus, Ohio, Tucson, AZ and moved to Germantown in 2008. Preceded in death by a Son: Marlin "Mike" Sexten in 2001 and Daughter: Sondra Cook in 2008; Three Brothers and Two Sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 74 years: Miriam H. (Cushwa) Sexten; Five Grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Barnes Funeral Home – 220 East Main Street – Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be 2:00 PM – Thursday, June 10, 2010 in Old Silver Creek Cemetery – Jamestown, OH.
