Mark W. Hesler

Mark W. Hesler, age 58 of Lewisburg, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 in Eaton, Ohio.  Born on August 27, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio son of Steven Eugene & Robin Eileen (Killingsworth) Hesler. 

He spent many years working in underground cable and telephone and most recently a handyman for many years for his special friend, Carol Rueve.   

Mark took great pride in raising his children as a single father.  He was a selfless man who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and especially beloved grandchildren.  Mark had a heart of gold whom never met a stranger, he touched the lives of many. 

Preceded by his father, Steven Eugene Hesler; mother, Robin Eileen Sawesky; stepfather, Matthew Duvall; stepfather, James “Jim” Sawesky; brother, Scott Boyd Hesler; niece, Kristin Michelle Dyer. 

Survived by his six children, Christopher, Stephen, Jennifer, Matthew (Linsey), Kasie and Mason all of Lewisburg, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, Ian, Kolt, Adelynn, Evelynn, Noah, Mila, Alayna, Cameron, Mark, Kolson, Talyn, Taryn and one on the way; siblings, Lora (Von) Maxel of Lewisburg, Ohio, Shawn (Jodie) Hesler of Salyersville, Kentucky, David Duvall of Lewisburg, Ohio and Andrea (Joe) Chaffin of Xenia, Ohio; Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. 

The family wants to recognize special friends, Douglas “Pug” (April) Smith, Steve “Kemper” Kemp, Andy Hoffman, Darryl Fox, Sam “Gas Station Sam” Patel, Chris & Mike James, Tia & Sursey Jaynes, Stevo, Chuck, Darlene, Bernie and many more. 

Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Lewisburg Community of Faith, 400 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, Ohio.  Family will receive from friends 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the church on Saturday.  Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home in Lewisburg, Ohio.  The family has requested donations instead of flowers to help with the funeral arrangements via www.barnesfuneralhome.com
