MARJORIE I. ALBERT, age 84 of Lewisburg, Ohio died Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at her residence. Born on February 19, 1920 in Montgomery County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Homer & Anna (House) Hoff. She was a 1939 graduate of Lewisburg Union High School and had worked for 8 years as a telephone operator for General Telephone Co and owned and operated her own beauty shop in her home for 20 years. She loved quilting and was an avid reader. She is preceded in death by a Son: James C. Albert; Granddaughter: Annette Marie Albert ; and Sisters: Loretta Harris, Ida Hundley and Dorotha Besecker.

Survived by her Husband of 63 years: Clifford J. Albert; Daughter: Judith Schaefer of Lewisburg, Ohio; Sisters: Berniece Davisson and Ethel Weaver both of Brookville, Ohio; Grandchildren: Allen Ray, Bryan (Leslie) Ray, Craig Ray, Danielle Varner, Roberta Albert, Kristina (Paul) Jurgens, Janene McNew and James Albert. Eleven Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, March 12, 2004 at Barnes Funeral Home-411 North Commerce Street-Lewisburg, Ohio 45338 with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 11, 2004 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
