Marion Doris Eileen Shattuck

MARION DORIS EILEEN SHATTUCK, 82, of Camden, Ohio, died Monday, June 1, 2009 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She was born on March 10, 1927 in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of the late Ernest and Goldie Charlotte(Clutter) Boston. She was a member of the Sugar Valley United Methodist Church where she was an active member of the Women's Club. She loved to cook, knit , crochet and was known for her "hugs". In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, David A. Frybarger in 1989.

Survived by her husband of 22 years, Lester Shattuck; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol A. & Paul Harrison, Nancy L. & Richard Taylor both of Port Charlotte, Florida, Kathleen S. & James Robbins of Lebanon, Ohio, Rebecca J. & Larry Payton of The Colony, Texas, Karen & Sharon Motavon of Ohio; son and daughter-in-law, Karl V. & Michelle Frybarger of West Jefferson, Ohio; sisters, Bernice L. Duncan of Sarasota, Florida and Beatrice J. Lane of Seymore, Tennessee; 20 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at the Sugar Valley United Methodist Church, 3022 Camden-Sugar Valley Rd, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. George Copus and Ron Kelly officiating. There will be a reception following the service at the church for family and friends.
