Marilyn J. Weller

Marilyn J. Weller, age 83, of Eaton, Ohio died Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Reid Hospital & Health Care in Richmond, IN. Born on December 14, 1929 in Richmond, IN she was the daughter of the late Clarence P. & Helen E. (Downing) Gilmore. Marilyn was a 1947 graduate of Richmond High School and had been a resident of Preble County since 1959 and currently a resident of Arbor Trace in Richmond, IN.

She had worked at Davis-Jenkins Jewelers, INA Insurance Company, First National Bank and retired in 1987 after 15 years of service with Credit Services (CSC) all of Richmond, IN. Member of Campbellstown United Church of Christ, Preble County Senior Citizens, Social Eight Card Club and the Club 18. Preceded in death by sister: Phyllis Mills in 1997 and brother: Lowell Gilmore in 2010.

Survived by children: Tim & Florencia Weller of Miami, FL; Gary & Marilynn Weller of Gilbert, AZ; Linda Stewart of Richmond, IN; and Dean & Judy Weller of Eaton, OH; sister: Doris Dallas of San Antonio, TX; brother: Jim Gilmore of Richmond, IN; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive family and friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 17, 2013 with the funeral service 1:00 PM at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Stan VanAusdal officiating. Interment will be held in Preble Memory Gardens – West Alexandria, OH.
