Margaret J. Brubaker

Margaret Jean (Bowser) Brubaker, 86 of Eaton, OH, died Friday, February 10, 2012 at Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton, OH. Born on June 2, 1925 in Montgomery County, OH she was the daughter of the late Charles H. & Anna M. (Denlinger) Bowser. Margaret was a member of the Old German Baptist Church, Upper Twin District.

Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Harold A. Brubaker in 1998; brothers-in-law: Fred Bowman and Dennis Metzger; sisters-in-law: Phyllis Bowser and Leah Metzger.

Survivors: two daughters & sons-in-law: Juel A. & Calvin Durham of Eaton, OH and Nancy B. & Tom Childs of Gallipolis, OH; 3 grandchildren: Phillip C. (Nancy) Durham; Michael L. (Gwen) Durham; John R. (Marcia) Durham; 8 Great Grandchildren: Meredith M. Durham, Francine C. Durham, Madeline A. Durham, Houston J. Durham, Henry P. Durham, Daphne M. Durham, Fletcher H. Durham and Felix H. Durham; Nieces, Nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday February 14, 2012 at the Upper Twin Old German Baptist Church – 3614 Halderman Road – West Alexandria, Ohio with the Brethren officiating. Interment will be held in Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday February 13, 2012 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the church.
