Marcia N. Amabisca

Marcia N. Amabisca, age 72 of Richmond, Indiana died Thursday evening, April 28 2005 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born on May 30, 1932 in Preble County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Everett C. & Edna F. (Shinn) Shell. Preceded in death by husband: Gil C. Amabisca in 1985; Grandchildren Joshua Powell in 1985 and Krystle Powell in 1986. Marcia had worked for Frisch’s Big Boy Restaurant in Richmond, IN. and from 2000 to present was the Activities Director at Rose Gate Village in Richmond, IN. She was a member of Castine Church of The Brethren.

Survived by sons: Ray McCulley of Bowling Green, KY; Ronnie McCulley of Richmond, IN.; Roy McCulley of Union City, OH and Carl Couch of Las Vegas, NV; Daughters: Karen Keeton of Greensfork, IN; Tina Kiser of Union City, OH; Darlene Powell and Erin Lamb both of Richmond, IN.; Brother: Paul “Eddie” Shell of Bowman, SC; Sisters: Virginia Baker and Marjorie Lawson both of West Manchester, OH; Sondra Hall of Pineville, SC; 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.


Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 - 1:00 PM (Ohio Time) at Castine Church of The Brethren - 624 U.S. Route 127 - Castine, Ohio with Rev. Greg Hyre officiating. Interment will be held in Ware’s Chapel Cemetery - West Manchester, OH. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the church.
