Mamie Ann Asher

MAMIE ANN ASHER, age 47, of Camden, Ohio died Saturday, October 13, 2007 in Camden, Ohio. Born on October 12, 1960 in Hamilton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Willie & Essie (Mosley) Asher. She graduated in 1978 from Talawanda High School. Member of the VFW Post 1577 in Camden, Ohio and VFW Auxillery in Camden, Ohio. She worked at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio for 26 years. Mamie was a loving mother, sister, aunt and friend.

Preceded in death by her son: Bradley Michael Asher; brothers: James Asher, Remine Asher, and Comer Asher in 2006; sister: Alonza Marie Asher; brother-in-law: Jim Jordan in 1990.

Survived by her brothers & sisters-in-law: Harlen Asher of Camden, Ohio, J. B. Asher of Somerville, Ohio, Calaway & Jewelene Asher of Camden, Ohio, Earl & Deanna Asher of Camden, Ohio and Keith Asher of Oxford, Ohio; sisters brothers-in-law: Geneva & Harry Williams of New Lebanon, Ohio, Hazel Jordan of Camden, Ohio, Mary & Mike Patterson of Camden, Ohio and Margie & Joe Miller of New Lebanon, Ohio; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral service will be held at on Friday, October 19, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Nein - Barnes Funeral Home - 249 North Main Street - Camden, Ohio with Rev. Gary Agee officiating. Interment will be held in Somerville Cemetery in Somerville, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 18, 2007 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
