Mabel I. Niles

MABEL NILES, age 77, of Lewisburg, OH passed away Monday, July 30, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. Mabel was born on December 16, 1934 in Lewisburg, OH and was the daughter of the late Lawrence E. and Stella S. (Heck) Kreitzer. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Bob in 2011; an infant son, Johnny; brothers, George and Paul Kreitzer, sister, Lizzie Denney, granddaughter, Desiree and her little dog Peppy.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Rick Marshall of Lewisburg and Pat and Al "Bud" Chrisman of Huber Heights, OH; sons and daughters-in-law, Rob and Lois Niles of Carlisle, OH and Jeff and Sandy Niles of Troy, OH; sister, Edith (Chuck) Rike of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Tracy (Chris) Perry, Travis Gray, Teri(Nick) Prince, Tonya (Alan) Blankenship, Justin (Melissa) Chrisman, Jan (Jina) Chrisman, Tiffany (Mike) Evans, Matthew (Courtney)Niles, Tina (Matt) Flora, Jessica (James) Conklin, Ricky Marshall and Scott Niles and 27 great grandchildren.

Mabel was a very family oriented woman. She loved to visit with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to crochet baby blankets, work jig-saw puzzles and she baked the most delicious pies. She will be loved and missed forever.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH with Rev. Matt Flora officiating. Interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery near West Alexandria, OH. Family will receive friends on Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
