Loren Wethington

LOREN "JOE" WETHINGTON, age 76, of New Paris, Ohio, passed away early Tuesday, November 29, 2011. He was born on May 5, 1935 in Lebanon, Indiana, son of the late Loren M. and Dorothy Carolyn (Crawford) Wethington. He was an over the road truck driver for nearly 55 years. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Elizabeth Wethington; son, Charles Frederick Wethington and his brother, John Wesley Wethington.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Martha Jane (Jones) Wethington; twin children, Joe Wethington, Jr. of Eldorado, Ohio and Annette Wethington of New Paris; grandchildren, Kayci Wethington of Richmond, Indiana and Lacy Wethington of New Paris; great grandchildren, Alonna and Trevin; siblings, Joan and Loren Wilkerson of Eaton, Pat LeHunt of Eaton and Barbara Glace of St. Augustine, Florida; sister-in-law, Charlene Wethington of Dayton; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2011 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Valley's Edge Lodge on State Route 121 North of New Paris. Family and Friends are welcome to show their support and share their memories.
