Loren W. Southard

LOREN W. SOUTHARD, 92, of Eaton, Ohio, died Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Heartland of Eaton. Loren was born on October 18, 1918 in Gratis Township, Preble County, Ohio and was the son of the late Samuel and Flora M. (Monebrake) Southard. He was a 1941 graduate of West Elkton High School, a WW II Army veteran and was a life long farmer.

In addition to his parents Loren is preceded in death by his wife: Idell E. Southard in 1982 and his brother: Raymond Southard in 1978.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio 45320. Following the visitation interment will be held in Miami Valley Memorial Gardens near Centerville, Ohio.
