Lois J. Esterline

LOIS J. (SHIVERDECKER) ESTERLINE, 82, of Lewisburg, Ohio, died Thursday, March 3, 2011 in Lewisburg. Lois was born in Brookville, Ohio on June 4, 1928, daughter of the late Berlin and Susan (Werner) Riley. Lois always enjoyed her daily devotionals and was a member of the Plainview Open Bible Church in Brookville. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband: Robert Shiverdecker; son: Daniel Shiverdecker; brothers: Cleo and Corbin Riley and sister: Betty Havens and a grandson.

Survived by her husband of 23 years: James F. Esterline; son and daughter-in-law: Richard E. & Karen Shiverdecker of Lewisburg; daughter and son-in-law: Catherine S. & Ranny Sage of Trotwood, Ohio; sister and brother-in-law: Phyllis & Bill Abner of Germantown, Ohio; brothers and sisters-in-law: Kenny & Pat Riley and Jack & Judy Riley all of Brookville; step children and spouses: Theresa (Harold) Ware, Brookville; Janice Acost, Florida; Kathy(Ron) Nordenbrock, South Carolina; Donna (Dan) Mason, Union, Ohio; James (Kathy) Esterline, Brookville; Timothy (Kindra) Esterline, Brookville; Mary Beth Mount and John Esterline both of Dayton, Ohio; 4 grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 20 step great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at the Plainview Open Bible Church, 1488 Johnsville-Brookville Rd., Brookville, Ohio with Pastor Josh Grimes officiating. Interment will be held in Pyrmont Cemetery near Brookville. Family will receive friends on Monday, March 7, 2011 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church.
