Lillie L. Phillips

Lillie Lucille (McGlothin) Phillips, 91, of New Paris, Ohio died Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at her residence in New Paris, Ohio. Born on March 22, 1919 in Middletown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Eddie & Florence (Ratliff) McGlothin. She retired in 1978 after several years as a Department Manager at Target in Richmond, Indiana.

Preceded by her husband, John W. Phillips in 1983; infant son, Charles Stanley Phillips in 1934; sons, Wesley E. Phillips, Sr. in 2010 and Emerson D. Phillips, Sr. in 2006; sisters, Mary Little and Juanita Jones.

Survived by her daughter, Nancy A. Phillips of New Paris, Ohio; grandchildren, Winona (Mike) Goldsberry, Teresa Moss, Robert (Sherri) Salley, Wesley Phillips, Jr., Kathy Wright, Patty Logsden, Emerson (Barbara) Phillips, Jr. and DeShannon Phillips; great grandchildren, Chris Goldsberry, Michael Goldsberry, Shannon Trudo, Jordon Salley, Austin Salley, Zachary Salley, Randi Wright, Garin Logsden, Allison Phillips, Casey Phillips, Dathon Phillips and Eathon Phillips; great great grandchildren, Kaila Wilson and Kyle Trudo; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2010 at Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio with Rev. Myrel E. Ballinger officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 1, 2010 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 West Main Street, New Paris, Ohio 45347.
