Laura Faye Keckler

Laura Keckler, age 72, of Richmond, IN passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 25, 2018.  Born on July 31, 1946 in Richmond, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Harry & Eleanor (Bragg) Irelan. Laura graduated in 1964 from Jefferson High School. She had worked as a manager for Williams & Keckler LLC CPA's of Richmond, Indiana.  Member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority.  Member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in New Paris.  Laura loved to watch her Grandkids play sports and she loved to quilt.  

Preceded by her Husband: James A. “Jim” Keckler. 

Survived by her Daughters, Carla (Brent) Wolfe and Marcia Keckler; Grandchildren, Amanda Grace Wolfe and Wyatt Walker Wolfe; Sisters: Becky Paul, Paula Sweet, Ellen (Ed) Baker, Nancy Sexton and Angela (Aaron) Morman; Sister-in-law: Susan Lopez; Brother-in-law, Tom (Susan) Keckler; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St., New Paris, OH with Pastor Jeff Ginter officiating. Interment will be held at Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio.  Family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. to 7:45 P.M. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the funeral home. Delta Theta Tau Sorority Services will be held at 7:45 P.M. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the funeral home.
