L. Jean Marshall

L. JEAN MARSHALL , age 59 of Greenville, Ohio, died Tuesday, June 27, 2006 in Ansonia, Ohio. Born on October 1, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Robert E. & Phyllis Jean (Crowe) Miller. She was a 1964 graduate of Walter E. Stebbins High School in Dayton and was the co-owner of The Bootery shoe store in Greenville which she owned with her husband David. She had also worked for many years at the Darke Rural Electric CO-OP in Greenville and was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Greenville, the Women’s Auxilary of the American Legion and the Downtown Greenville, Inc.(DGI). In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her step-father: Carmel Bryant in 1996.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years: David Marshall; Son: Jason Marshall of Greenville; Sisters and brothers-in-law: Julia V. Miller & John Allison of Ann Arbor, Michigan and Mary K. & Danny Michael of New Madison, Ohio; Brothers and sisters-in-law: James R. & Debbie Miller of Dayton and Carl Russell & Patty Miller of Fountain City, Indiana; Cousin and best friend: Karen Tester of Ansonia, Ohio; Numerous Nieces, Nephews and many other friends and relatives.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio with Chaplain Candy Null officiating. Interment will be held at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 29, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
