Kyle G.W. Booher

Kyle G.W. Booher, age 101, formerly of the Lynn IN area, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Richmond where he had resided since November, 2010.

Mr. Booher was born April 22, 1910, in Scott County, VA. He was the son of William H. & Susan (Faulknar) Booher. He served in the Army during World War II, and married Rachael L. Stoner in 1945. He was a life-time farm owner & operator in the Lynn, IN area.

Mr. Booher was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Rachael in 1980. Also preceding him were 4 brothers: Marian, Harvey, B., & Woodrow Booher; 3 sisters: Charmie Booher, Margaret Smith, & Flora Cross.

Survivors include 2 sons: Paul W. (Verna) Booher & Kyle S. Booher, both of Richmond, IN; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.

A Graveside Service for Kyle G.W. Booher will be held Friday, June 24, 2011 at 1:30PM at Wares Chapel Cemetery, West Manchester, OH with Pastor David Hogg officiating. Family & friends may call at the Bussard-Barnes-Vaniman Funeral Home, 311 N. Main St., Eldorado, OH from 12 Noon – 1:00PM.
