Kenneth E. Combs

KENNETH E. COMBS, age 72 of Verona, Ohio died Wednesday, May 7, 2003, at Sycamore Hospital in Miamisburg, Ohio. Born on November 30, 1930 in Louisa, Kentucky he was the son of the late John & Hazel W. (Wright) Combs. He retired from Delphi Corp. in Dayton and has lived in the Lewisburg area since 1975. Member of Lewisburg Missionary Baptist Church in Lewisburg, Ohio serving as a Deacon and handyman at the church. Preceded in death by Brothers: Charles Combs, John Combs and Paul Combs; Sister: Ruth Hoffa.

Survived by Wife of 54 years: Patsy A. (Riffe) Combs; Sons and Daughter-In-Law: Kenneth & Gloria Combs of Beavercreek, Ohio and Anthony “Tony” Combs of Columbus, Ohio. Grandchildren: Steven (Michelle) Combs, Melissa (Brad) Carter, Christina Combs and Jennifer Combs, Great Grandchildren: Kelsey Howard and Logan Combs.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 9, 2003 - 1:00 P.M. (Ohio Time) at Lewisburg Missionary Baptist Church - 608 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. George W. Pennington officiating. Family will receive friends on Friday, May 9, 2003 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 P.M. at the church. Interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery - West Alexandria, Ohio.
