KARL E. QUESENBERRY, age 81, of Eaton, OH, died Saturday, August 30, 2003 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. Born on September 22, 1921 in Eaton, OH, he was the son of the late Oliver & Etta (Dalton) Quesenberry. He retired in 1981 after 33 years at General Motors in Dayton, OH. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, 1942 - 1945; He was a volunteer for the American Red Cross in Eaton, OH for 17 years; Member Visitation Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus both of Eaton, OH. Preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Rosemary (Toschlog) Quesenberry on September 9, 2002. Sister: Lillian Croy.
Survivors include a Son: Fred Quesenberry of Eaton, OH. Daughter & Son-In-Law: Janet & Don Cahill of Medway, OH. Grandson: Matthew Cahill of Medway, OH. Special Cousin: Paul Quesenberry of Hillsville, VA. Three Step Grandchildren, Five Step Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2003 - 11:00A.M. (Ohio Time) at the Visitation Catholic Church - 407 East Main Street - Eaton, OH with the Rev J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Interment will be held in Preble Memory Gardens at West Alexandria, OH with a Full Military Graveside Service provided by the Preble County Honor Guard. Family will receive friends on Wednesday September 3, 2003 from 5 to 8 P.M. (Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main St. - Eaton, Ohio. Knights of Columbus will hold a Prayer Service on Wednesday evening at 8:00P.M. at Barnes Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society - Preble County Unit - P.O.
