Karie Ann Newsock

Karie Ann Newsock, age 41, died in her home on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in West Alexandria. Ohio due to a long battle with cancer. She leaves behind 4 children and 3 grandchildren. 

Karie was born on June 9th 1976 in Dayton, OH to her parents, Karen Krull and Butch Newsock. She graduated from Twin Valley South in 1994. She grew up in a large, loving family with 2 brothers, Kyle and Tracy Newsock. Karie was a loving mother and grandmother, with a love for bartending, shooting pool, and was very involved in the Preble County 4-H fair. She enjoyed spending time with her family, showing livestock, demolition derbies and being a Namaw. 

Karie is survived by her 4 children, Skyler and (Katie) Houseman, Shelbie Houseman, Sayge Stephenson, and Siarah Buell. 3 grandchildren, Carter, Kensliee and Kyliee Houseman. Mother Karen (Chuck) Krull, Father Butch Newsock, two brothers Kyle and Tracy Newsock, Grandmother Mary Riggs. And many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Harry Riggs. 

Family will receive friends 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 29th 2018 at Barnes Funeral Home 411 N Commerce St, Lewisburg, OH 45338. The funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 29, 2018 at the funeral home.
