K. Virginia Mccampbell

K. Virginia McCampbell, 86, of Camden, OH died Monday, May 8, 2017 at Maple Gardens in Eaton, OH. Born on January 23, 1931 in Wayne County, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Stanley G. & Katherine E. (Rhoads) Cail.

A 1949 Jackson Township High School graduate she retired in 2000 after over 30 years as the Dixon & Eaton Middle School Librarian. She was an active member of the Fairhaven Community Church, W.M.S., Treasurer of W.C.T.U., taught Sunday School, Bible Hour and Vacation Bible School. Her hobbies include: reading, cooking, flowers, shopping, collecting antiques, going to garage sales and attending Dixon-Israel Modern Mothers Club. Preceded in death by brother: Richard L. Cail in 2013 and nephew: Stanley J. Cail in 1992.

Survived by her husband of 66 years: Meryl C. McCampbell; Children: Roger L. & Vanessa M. McCampbell of Camden, OH; Ray N. & Ruth McCampbell of Eaton, OH and Ross W. & April McCampbell of Ft. Wayne, IN. sister: Margretta Sourbeer of Eaton, OH; sister-in-law: Helen Cail of New Paris, OH 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Family will receive friends 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M Friday, May 12, 2017 at Fairhaven Community Church 6585 Israel Somers Road, Camden, OH. The funeral service will be 12:00 PM Friday, May 12, 2017 at the church with Rev. Dr. Richard Studebaker officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Cemetery.
