June K. Miller

June K. Miller, 85, of Eaton, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton. She was born on April 21, 1938, in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of the late Eugene Carl and Jessie Viola (Kalter) Burns.  

A graduate of Patterson Co-Op High School in Dayton, June was retired from NCR, where she was a secretary for over 25 years. June was a founding member of the “Over the Hill Gang” and attended Concord United Church of Christ both of Eaton.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Richard L. “Tex” Miller in 2006, Brother-in-law, Carl Davidson and Nephew, Mark Davidson.

Survived by her stepdaughter, Dawn R. (Steve) Orr; twin sister, Judith N. Davidson; grandchildren, Brooke (Cody) Gunsalus, Brittnie (Josh) Campbell, Bailey (Andrew) George, Kaitlin (Parker) Orr, and Alyssa (Seth) Stewart; great grandchildren, Drake Gunsalus, Daisy George, Cam Campbell, and Cruz Campbell.

The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2024, at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Chaplain Spencer Reed officiating. The interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria, Ohio. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 12, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
