Joseph H. Rooney

Joseph H. Rooney, 75 of Eaton and Lewisburg, OH, died Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on December 12, 1944 in Wayne County, IN, he was the son of the late Daniel Leo & Anna Loretta (Freeland) Rooney. He was a medical lab courier in the Muncie, IN area. 

Preceded in death by his beloved wife: Debra Kay (Wiggins) Rooney in 1999; brother: Paul R. Beebe in 1989; sisters: Marie Gartrell in 2017 and Edith Hannan in 2019. 

Survived by Sons: Anthony R. (Tabitha) Rooney, Lewisburg, OH, Joey (Renee) Rooney and Michael Rooney; Daughters: Christina K. (Morris) King, Phoenix, AZ and Diana Lynn (Ramon) Bennick-Rodriguez, ElPaso, TX; Sisters: Rita Mansfield and Anna Mae Hanley, both of Bronson, FL; 12 plus grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Nieces and Nephews. 

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the community room at Manorview Apartments, 525 W. Cumberland St., Lewisburg, OH.
