Jon Michael Mccool

Jon M. "Mike" McCool, age 77, of Savannah, GA, died, Monday, May 15, 2017 at Union City Care Center in Union City, OH. Born on October 16, 1939 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Charles William and Mary Madge (Brown) McCool. Jon was a graduate of Fairview High School in Dayton and was a Salesman for Barloworld Equipment in Savannah for many years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1550 in Savannah.

In addition to his parents, Jon is preceded in death by his wife, Carol J. (Strack) McCool in 2014 and his brother, Jack W. McCool in 2007.

Survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Jon M. and Petra McCool II; James W. McCool and Jack V. McCool; sister and brother-in-law, Anne and Rich Paysen; Sister-in-law: Joan McCool; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service and entombment will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Brookville, OH.
