John Wesley Shroyer, 75 of Camden, OH, died Saturday March 17, 2012 at his residence. Born on March 23, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio he was the son of the late John S. & Charlotte (Redder) Shroyer. John was a U.S. Army Veteran and had worked at Parker-Hannifin in Eaton, OH; Natco Tool in Richmond, IN; Northwest Swissmatic in Crystal, MN. He attended the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church in Oxford, OH. Preceded in death by a daughter: Deborah Carter in 1999.
Survived by wife of 39 years: Diane L. (Matchan) Shroyer; children: Cherie L. & David Matchan of Cincinnati, OH; Peggy Sue Shroyer and Shawn C. Shroyer both of Richmond, IN; Debra Martin of New Paris, OH; John W. Shroyer, Jr. of Maple Grove, MN; Teresa & Dan Turner of Eaton, OH; Fritz & Brenda Schoemaker and Frank & Tonya Schoemaker both of Richmond, IN; Chris & Lori Schoemaker of Racine, WI and Sue Ann & Larry Goffinet of Alexandria, IN; brother: Samuel S. Shroyer of Clayton, OH; sister: Phyllis J. Hines of Sevierville, TN; 22 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
