John Edward Peters

John Edward Peters, 89, of Camden, OH, died Tuesday, May 06, 2014 in Oxford, OH. Born on January 4, 1925 in Camden, OH, he was the son of the late William & Ollie (Hensley) Peters. John retired in 1986 as a carpenter. He lived in Carlsbad, CA for 31 years, moving back to Camden in 2007. A WW II U.S. Navy veteran and Life Member of the VFW in CA.

Preceded in death by his wife of 59 years: Marie C. (Garbarini) Peters in 2006; Brothers: Joe, Pete, James, Earnest "Shug" and Robert Peters; Sisters: Helen Peters, Pauline Cole, Betty Puckett and Phyllis Ditty.

Survivors include Nieces and Nephews.

Graveside Service will be held at the convenience of the family in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden with military honors by the Preble County Honor Guard. Arrangements entrusted to Nein-Barnes Funeral Home, Camden, OH.
