JOHN A. "JACK" BRADLEY, 78, of Richmond, Indiana and formerly of New Paris, Ohio, died Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services in Richmond, Indiana. Jack was born on May 28, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late John A. & Blondena (King) Bradley. He was a U.S. Marine Corp. veteran during the Korean Conflict and was a painter and truck driver for over 30 years. Jack was a member of the American Legion Post #360 in New Paris; life member of the AmVets in Eldorado, Ohio and a life member of the Gettysburg Gun Club.
In addition to his parents Jack is preceded in death by his sister, Marge Ruby in 1999.
He is survived by his soul mate, Connie Cochran; sons, Johnny Bradley, Ricky Joe Bradley and Michael Lee Bradley; daughters, Pamela Coblentz and Vonda Fay Hosier; brother, Jerry Lee Bradley and sisters, La Donna Clark and Joanne Bradley; special friends, John, Bill and Charlotte; ten grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial Service with full military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Barnes Funeral Homes, 109 West Main Street, New Paris, Ohio with Family and Friends officiating. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
