Jodi Beth Dague, age 50 of Eaton, OH died Friday evening, April 17, 2015 at Foundations in New Paris, Ohio she was born on January 10, 1965 in Colorado Springs, Colorado and had been employed at the L&M Products in Eaton.

Survived by her mother: Barbara Besecker of Rice Lake, WI; father: Jerome Daque of Fairborn, OH; brother: John Dague of Rice Lake, WI; sisters: Christine Dague of Milwaukee, WI, Belinda Anderson of Maryland and friends and the staff at Foundations in New Paris, Ohio.

The funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Barnes Funeral Home 220 East Main Street Eaton, Ohio with Barbara Dungan & Nan Erbaugh officiating. The visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Rice Lake, WI.
