Jerry Lee Wolfe

Jerry Lee Wolfe, 67, of New Castle, Pennsylvania, passed away on May 5, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at his residence. He was born June 16, 1943 in Fenelton, Pennsylvania to the late McKinley Wolfe and Louella (Clever) Wolfe. Mr. Wolfe was an operating engineer for Swank Construction in New Kensington, Pennsylvania retiring in 2004. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Korea.

Survived by one son, Jerry Lee Wolfe, Jr. of New Castle, PA; one daughter, Jackie Lee Cary and her husband, William of Butler, PA; three step-daughters, Wendy Isaacs, Lewisburg, OH, Angela Wyatt, New Bremen, OH and Tonya Whittington, Brookville, OH; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one sister, Linda Black of Butler, Pennsylvania, three nieces, four nephews and his dog, zipper.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Connie (Schaefer) whom he married on January 30, 1993 and who passed away March 31, 2006 and also by sixteen brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received at Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street Butler, PA. Monday, May 9, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday May 9, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home with Rev. William Glassman officiating.

Ohio visitation will also be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH. Graveside committal service will be at Sugar Grove Cemetery near West Alexandria, OH with Rev. Brent L. Cavendish officiating.
