Jerry Hutzelman

Jerry Hutzelman, age 76 of Lewisburg, Ohio, died on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Kettering Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Born on July 25, 1948 in Richmond, Indiana, son of the late, Roy Weldon & Mary Armenta (Swerer) Hutzelman. 

He graduated from Centerville High School in 1967. Jerry proudly served in the US Air Force and then in the Ohio National Guard for many years. He was a lifelong resident of Lewisburg. He was a Telecommunication Contractor & worked with FEMA during several national disasters.  Jerry had most recently worked at Birchwood Genetics.

Preceded by his parents, Albert & Freda Fullerton; brothers, Ron Fullerton and Tom Fullerton; daughter, Rhonda Turpin.

Survived by his wife of 40 years, Vicki Hutzelman of Lewisburg, Ohio; son & daughter-in-law, Ron & Marilyn Brumback of Brookville, Ohio; son-in-law, Ray Turpin of West Alexandria, Ohio; brothers & sister-in-law, Albert & Arlene Fullerton of Indiana; sisters & brother, Karen, Sharon and Bud of California; sister-law, Diane Fullerton of Indiana; granddaughter, Elizabeth & Andrew Human of Martinsburg, West Virginia; cousins, Jim Swerer & family and Judy Swerer Cochrane & family.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH 45338.
