Jeffrey David Linton

JEFFREY DAVID LINTON, 39 of Englewood, OH, died Tuesday, December 22, 2009 in Dayton, OH. He was born on April 14, 1970 in Dayton, OH. Jeffrey was retired from the U.S. Army and was a cook at Buffalo Wild Wings and the Holiday Inn both of Englewood. Jeffrey loved to hike and attended the Lewisburg Missionary Baptist Church in Lewisburg, OH. He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Louise (Hershey) Linton in 1985 and his brother, William L. Linton III in 1969.

Survived by his father, William L. Linton of Englewood; sisters and brother-in-law, Rhonda Kay & Franklin Flint of Union, OH and Melissa Ann Holbrook of Huber Heights, OH; brother and sister-in-law, Samuel Jason & Lisa Linton of Millersville, MD; nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at the Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH with Rev. George Pennington officiating. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held on Monday, December 28, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Riddle Cemetery, Crawford County, Indiana.
