Jane Howard

Jane Howard, age 87 of Camden, Ohio died Saturday, June 21, 2008 at her residence. Born on July 14, 1920 in Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Daniel & Maude (Campbell) Couch. Jane had worked for over 15 years at the Dayton Flexible Corp. in Eaton, Ohio retiring in 1970. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Camden. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years: Fred Winford Howard, Sr. in 2004; Sister: Marilyn Couch in 1999; Granddaughter: Samantha Lee Howard in 1989.

Survived by sons & daughters-in-law: Fred & Suzanne Howard of New Paris, OH and Donald Caudill of Salt Flat, Tx. Daughters & sons-in-law: Iretta & Jack Michael of Versailles, IN, Phyllis & John Jordan and Lillian & Gene Caudill both of Camden, OH; Sisters: Marie Wooten and Imojean Milliam both of Kentucky and Ruby Napier of Arizona; Brothers: Paul Couch of Collinsville, OH, Fred Couch of Hamilton, OH and Kenneth Couch of Kentucky. 17 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at First Southern Baptist Church - 35 North Liberty Street - Camden, Ohio with Rev. Greg F. Jackson officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at First Southern Baptist Church. Arrangements entrusted to Nein-Barnes Funeral Home - 249 North Main Street - Camden, Ohio.
