Jamielyn Burkett

Jamielyn Burkett, age 26 of New Paris, Ohio died Sunday, March 15, 2015 in Richmond, IN. Jamielyn was born on September 28, 1988 in Fayetteville, NC and she was a 2006 graduate of National Trail High School in New Paris.

Survived by her mother & companion: Kindalyn Phelps & Lonnie J. Ennis of New Paris, OH; father: James E. Burkett of Richmond, IN; step-father: Rick Barnhart; daughter: Lillian Lyn LaDine Spicer of Indiana; brothers: Leevi Simmons and Dakota Phelps both of New Paris; sisters: Leann Simmons of New Paris, OH and Nichole Burkett of Virginia; maternal grandparents: Robert & Linda Schlachter of Georgia.
