Jamie Lee Czeck, 36, of Van Buren, AR, died, Jan. 4, 2012, in Fort Smith, AR. Born on Sept. 22, 1975 in Richmond, IN. Preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Sue (Romaine) Czeck in 1993; father, Henry Fredrick Czeck in 1998. Survived by his loving wife and family, N. Kathleen Czeck, Skyla Rianne and Kylie Mace; children, Lexus Czeck, Bryanna Koonce and Mason Kemp; brothers and sisters, Billy and Lori Creech, Becky, Cathy and Fredrick Czeck; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and his best friend and adopted family, Rob, Bob and Bill Gaines. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, Feb. 24, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, 6751 St. Rt. 320, New Paris, Ohio 45347 open to all who wish to give their blessings and have closure. Family will receive friend one hour prior to the service at the church.
