James R. Berry, Jr.

James "Jamie" R. Berry, Jr. age 44 of Eaton, Ohio died Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. He was born on June 20, 1965 in Heidelberg, Germany. Jamie was a 1983 Preble Shawnee graduate and served in the U.S. Navy. He had worked at Precision Wood Products in Camden for over 20 years and had also worked at Miami University for several years. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Camden and a Charter member of the Eagles Lodge in Gratis. Preceded in death by Brother: Shane Berry in 1995 and Grandfather: Cledith J. Berry in 1960.

(Diane) Berry, Sr.; Paternal Grandmother: Mary Elizabeth (Tidwell) Berry of Eaton, OH; Maternal Grandparents: James & Edna (Lawson) Goodwin of Camden, OH; Daughter: Megan E. Berry of Eaton, OH; Son: Justin R. Berry of Eaton, OH; Brothers: Colby E. (Teresa) Berry of Fairfield, OH; Jody (Cyndi) Berry and Austin J. Berry both of Eaton, OH; Sister: Holli J. Berry of Eaton, OH; Grandson: Braylon Gattone; 5 Nephews and 3 Nieces; former Wife: Casey A. Berry of Eaton, OH.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, August 20, 2009 at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home 249 North Main Street Camden, Ohio with Cousin Thomas Morris and Nephew Kyle Berry officiating.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery - Camden, OH with full military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard.
