James P. Scisson, Jr.

James P. Scisson, Jr., 58 of Toledo, OH, died of a heart attack in his home on Monday, March 5, 2012. Born on November 22, 1953, son of the late James P. & Sara E. (Gill) Scisson. Graduated in 1972 from Twin Valley North High School in Lewisburg, OH and The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree of Zoology. Jim was an award winning consultant & operator of wastewater treatment facilities across the country and was a noted author and teacher. Jim was President of Phoenix & Scisson, Past Senior Design Specialist at URS Corp., Past Operations Specialist at ARCADIS, Past Operations Specialist at Jones & Henry Engineers, Past Senior Operations Coordinator at Envirotech Operating Services. Member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Preceded in death by his father, James P. Scisson; mother, Sara E. (Gill) Scisson; and son, Andrew M. Scisson. Survived by daughter, Sarah E.
